"Don’t you get bored of normal life? Don’t you want more?" asks Hotel Security, an NYC-based 4-piece alternative “pseudo-prog” rock band. Formed in 2020 by keyboardist/vocalist Matt Geline and guitarist Austin Rowey (and later joined by bassist Christophe Cochon and drummer Luna Soturi), Hotel Security is what happens when a group of music nerds decide to combine the colorful chords of progressive rock with hard-hitting guitar riffs and catchy vocal melodies. Drawing from artists such as Muse, Queens of the Stone Age, Electric Light Orchestra, The Strokes, and more, the band weaves stellar soundscapes and packs a potent punch.
